- Bespoke & periodised running programs ranging from 1500m to Marathons. Programs are designed in monthly. Regular communication (online or in person depending on your location) will also be provided. Depending on the package you choose.
- Gait analysis & physical assessments to address potential mechanical issues associated with your running technique.
- Physical conditioning sessions / programs aimed at improving your running economy & reducing the risk of musculoskeletal injuries.
- In person coaching sessions (depending on your location).
And the biggest factor I provide is educating YOU on the 'WHY' we are doing what we are doing. Understanding the why will make you more engaged, help build trust between me and you and will empower you to get the best from yourself both physically and mentally.
